Stillwater

Slow practice for fast lives. Eight mats to a room, one breath at a time, taught by people who have done this for twenty years.

Four ways
to come home.

Each room holds eight mats at most. No music. No mirrors. No teacher calling out corrections from across the room. Just breath, slow movement, and the long quiet that follows.

— 01

Vinyasa

nyāsa · to place, with care

Movement woven to the breath in a slow, intelligent sequence. We build heat without urgency — one pose revealed at a time, never more than your body is ready to receive today.

60 minutes Sun Room All levels
— 02

Yin

the hidden, the inward

Long-held floor poses, three to seven minutes each, that gently stress the deep connective tissue of hips, spine, and pelvis. A practice of patience — the body opens when it is ready, not before.

75 minutes Cedar Room All levels
— 03

Restorative

to make whole again

Twenty poses in ninety minutes, almost all of them on the floor, fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks. The nervous system is given the conditions to leave alert mode. Nothing is asked of you.

90 minutes Sun Room Six mats only
— 04

Breathwork

prāṇāyāma · the extension of breath

Forty-five minutes of guided breathing, lying down, eyes covered. We work with three patterns — balancing, lengthening, and release — and let the breath do what it has always known how to do.

45 minutes Sun Room Beginner friendly
